At various points in her career, Sophio has worked as an assistant judge in the Supreme Court of Georgia, a panel judge in the civil and administrative affairs panels of the Tbilisi City Court, deputy head of the bureau at the National Enforcement Bureau, an arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Dispute Resolution Center(DRC) and as both Deputy Head of the Legal Department and Head of the Litigation Department at JSC Liberty Bank.
Sophio has earned a Doctor of Law Degree and has authored multiple scientific articles while actively participating in international conferences and training programs
